AIS Sukundär Luft System Ausbauen
Removing the AIS System

 
Unser Moped hat ein sogenanntes AIS System, hiermit werden Kohlenwasserstoffe aus dem Auspuff Gas herausgefiltert.
Mit AIS erfüllt der WildStar die Euro 2 Norm.

Durch dieses System gelangt frische Luft ( Sekundärluft) zu dem Zylinder Ausgänge und bewirkt dort eine Nachverbrennung um unverbrannte Kraftstoffpartikel vollständig zu verbrennen.

So weit die Theorie, praktisch gesehen verursacht das AIS System einem schweren Asthma.
Bei niedrigen Drehzahlen läuft die Maschine nicht rund und bei einem schnellen Gas Wegnahme, kommen des öfteren Fehlzündungen.

Nach dem der AIS ausgebaut worden ist, läuft die Maschine wesentlich runder und es passieren deutlich weniger Fehlzündungen.
Es scheint, als ob die Maschine stärker ist, und das die Auspuff Geräusche Knackiger sind - der Asthma ist weg.

The RoadStar (WildStar) is fitted with an AIS carbo-hydrogen filter system.
The AIS system enables the bike to fulfil the EURO 2 emission standard.

This system causes fresh air to be pumped to the cylinder exit ports thus making sure that the last bits of petrol are burnt off before entering the exhaust.

So far the theory, in practical terms the AIS causes the bike to act breathlessly.
When travelling at low engine speeds the bike develops asthma, and when decelerating rapidly the engine backfires.

When removed the bike runs much more smoothly and backfires less.
The bike will also seem as if it has more power, the exhaust sound is much cleaner - the "asthma" is gone.

2. Anschl. der Vor.Zylinder.
Then the front cylinder

3. Losen Sie der Unterdruck Schlauch von dem AIS Ventil und verschließen sie der Schlauch mit einen M6 Schraube und Kabelbinder oder Schlauchklemmen.
Take the low pressere tube off the AIS valve and plug it with an M6 bolt, secure the bolt with cable ties or a tube clip.
4. Entfernen Sie nun die restlichen AIS Teile.
Remove the rest of theAIS Hardware.
5. Nachdem Sie das AIS System entfernt haben, sieht die Maschine wesentlich aufgeräumter aus !
Once the AIS System has been removed, the bike appears much cleaner around the front cylinder.
